Precisely my point! It makes me laugh to hear mainstream christians (GWB?
JWH?) whose religion preaches that you can achieve eternal life with god
so long as you do the "right thing", then complaining about believers
in OTHER religions who actually carry their faith to its logical
conclusion! Most western christians would not consider for a moment
sacrificing their earthly life for something higher. Ergo, their "belief"
is nothing but a bunch of hypocrisy.

IMNSHO, hypocrisy is the lowest form of belief system.

As to me being an atheist - I can't for the life of me see why an analysis
of logic starting from premises (eg: the premise that god exists) should
be effected by my religious beliefs, or lack of them ;-)  Are you trying
to suggest that I can't think about religion because I'm not a believer?
