I would agree with that doc being a load of racist crap. I will just
pick up on that same thing "They make no significant contribution to
international science or engineering."
The arab world is building a syncrotron of their own. It will be
finished and working well before our one being built in Victoria.
There is an example of their sci and technol being better than ours.
Here is some info: "SESAME will be located in Allaan, Jordan (30 km from
Amman and 30 km from the King Hussein/Allenby Bridge crossing of the
Jordan River). An International Interim Council, chaired by Professor
Herwig Schopper (former Director-General of CERN), is the governing body
of SESAME. The Council has twelve Members; Bahrain, Egypt, Greece, Iran,
Israel, Jordan, Morocco, Oman, Pakistan, Palestinian Authority, Turkey,
and the United Arab Emirates."

That whole document is a load of crap that looks to be written by
someone who is still at high school.
I could be even more racist and suggest the persons nationality from
reading that piece of tripe :-)
