Woops, fooled by the no minimum speed connection option.

I belive the old ISP list is still being maintained, but for the life of
me I can not thing of what it was (no much help really am I).

Try that.

My only question is "how often are they going to dial into their ISP?
If they are going to do it daily, ADSL (if they can get it) is usually
just as cheap. Really depends on their interest I guess.
