As they say, no matter who you vote for a politician always wins.

Of course, it isn't really Mr Ho ward's (Mozilla tells me this is the 
correct spelling) fault, he just never gets to see any of those reports.

(Is finger pointing the first thing any "smart" public servant learns?)
