I got lost at the following sentence.
You know, the US has tended to have very free speech-oriented
environment and so certain political speech that is, say, Germany, for
good reasons, coming out its history, bans, or are allowed in the US, so
we sit down and say, "OK, how can we enable the software so it's blocked
where it should be blocked and not blocked where it shouldn't be blocked?"
Did he really say that or is that just a transcription error?
