Re: [chat] Re: [SLUG] BIG Blue awakens IBM vs SCO

Sounds like you've got other associations with the term "Conspiracy Theory"

I simply thought that the term referred to a theory of conspiracy - isn't that what you are saying is happening?

Or am I getting your implicit interpretations different to how you are intending them?

Saying that SCO is doing MS dirty work as MS has 11% share in SCO would constitute a theory of conspiracy to me.  I'm not saying that it's right, wrong or indifferent. (Or even that conspiracy theories are right or wrong.) Just wanting to be straight about it.

Warmest regards

All I was doing was stating a known fact - M$ purchased 11% of the company in
(I believe) 2000-ish. It strikes me as a good business move, albeit an
unethical one, to get someone else to do your dirty work for you, as is Mr
Gates' way.

Conspiracy Theory ?  Quite possibly, but all conspiracy theories have some
semblance of truth to them....

Now - Can anyone tell me how to swap the functionality of the middle and right
mouse buttons in Enlightenment ?
