That's an awesome point!!  A legislative strategy of mandating open file
formats, as suddenly occurs to me, is the *perfect* legislative 
strategy!!!  This is exactly what the evil scumbag sleazes at M$ 
*cannot* allow, as it is virtually equivalent to killing their
office monopoly.
