I think we end up with some cycles in the discussions. Can we please
resist the temptation to bash the M$ bashers, this is just about as
bad.
I don't think that those that raised the original link or discussed it
were bashing anyone. I saw nothing to contradict this, I not be as
perceptive as some though.
I was interested to see this link because it makes me aware that I may
not be able to knoppix CD's duplicated if I need a bulk amount. I was
interested to see that the SCO litigation is actually having a problem
in the market place. I cannot help wondering if IBM asked for AIX CD's
to be duplicated then whether this would have been rejected. (Please
lets not enter that whole can of worms.)
The anti M$ biggots resist. I use and like Windows, I use and like
Linux. I enjoy seeing those side issues, please keep posting the
interesting ones or the ones that may affect Linux processes like
duplicators refusing to duplicate.
The anti anti M$ bigots resist. A simple web link to the advocacy howto
might stop inflaming the situation.
I support the right of the duplicator to reject any work they please.
They are wrong but it is their choice to be wrong. I support their
stance on actively protecting IP.
