So either,
a) Someone is so clueless he has no idea what he is signing,
or
b) Dishonesty is the order of the day.
Who wants to deal with (ie give their money to) such a company??
It is a sad day when the customer feels he has to force his business
upon a company... (and a good indication of the lack of that thing
called a "free market").
