How difficult and what precautions are needed when changing heatsinks?
Do you need to cool (freeze in plastic) the chip to remove the current
heatsink?

I haven't found the eyo pages of great help when it comes to a few
practicalities. They provide technical info but don't seem to give me the
information I'm after.

Ok... I did speak to eyo today, he reported that this model was quiet - I
wouldn't hear it unless I was right next to it. Quietness is the absolute
priority on this one.
