The APC ones are pretty good - certainly not the cheapest in the world,
but the one I have here works fine with the Linux power management
daemon - and there's a version of PowerChute (APC's software) that you
can download free...
I'm currently running: workstation, server, 17" monitor, printer,
scanner, radio scanner, telephone, modem, hub, jaz drive and 2 PDAs from
it, and it's idling at 17% usage...
