One wonders if piracy 'inflicts "almost incalculable losses" on copyright 
owners. ' then how can Screen* and APRA want a _calculable_ levy/tax of 
between 3 to 10% ? ;-)

And in the event such proposals do become law ... and  having "paid" the tax
on
blank CDs, does it make it legal/ok for anyone to copy music CD ? 

Hmmm ... guilty until proven innocent, ... maybe !!??!!
