[chat] digital signing

Does anyone know abouyt making PDF 'sign-able' by others.  Like an
approval form sent to manager who clicks 'sign' and returns it to the
person as authorisation.

I need to generate these types of forms and get a sign-off.  We tried
acrobat but there is another expensive web product for enabling digital
signing.  We also want to do this on the fly rather than building a
special form each time using an expensive product. Note that this is not
digitally signed "creation" which makes this impossible to google.
