Bingo!, the opening paragraph is exactly what I was thinking about after
reading the first two articles. How the diamond cartel has been
promoting "diamonds" as "disaster safe" in the last few years (think
movies), but it is just more of their old diamond FUD.
If there is no open trade in diamonds, then it is just another furphy to
make sales.
