Got one and it rocks for having CAD comands and menus all
in front of you and visible, but between mousing and using
the digitzer, the forefinger is gettng a bit sore.  Which is why I
was looking at a trackball,  get the thumb doing more of the
clicking (Ive heard the thumb is better for bulk operations like that).
Definately thinking about the visit to a therapist...

If you want accuracy, 18"x12" digitizing tablet is the way to go, map it
to the screen - then tell me what you did. {:-).
