Terry obviously doesn't appreciate the art behind jackie.

She's now a Python script - to interface with IRC - and a shared library
backend handling the second order Markov chains, both mostly written by
James Henstridge (the GTK+/GNOME Python bindings master) in a fit of coding
after I introduced him to the Original Flavour Jackie on #gnome.

Original Flavour Jackie, based on dadadodo (first order processor, the one
that Jamie Zawinski wrote) turned to shit when the seed file hit about 250k.
The New Jackie's seed file is now up to 671k, and she *still* needs more.
