Waaaaay back in 1976 EE UNSW we had an engineering pissup ..er.. party..
anyway one guy was fairly amenable so we sat him down in front of Eliza
running on the PDP-11 (SysV I think, could've been earlier)... on a printing
terminal, LA36.
Anyway you should have seen his face.
He was convinced that Unix was sentient. We just left him there for an hour
or so (or at least till he went to sleep)
