I have cable Optus and I have barely managed to pull it off the mark on the usage graph. I download Mozilla and update source on a regular basis so I have a fair amount of traffic. A daily download of Debian is just not rational for you and also for the server supplying the traffic. My netstats run regularly at 0.1 or bugger all.

Just curious they are tracking CVS traffic aren't they?
