Probably.
I've watched guys from Diverse Networks in Canberra do a Fibre
Termination - its a fairly slow process (took them 2 or 3 attempts
before the fibre stopped shattering, mind you, it was a crap length of
fibre to begin with) and the kits are hella expensive.
I know David Reid Electronics in the city sells ready-made Fibre
leads, you might be better off buying one of those than trying to get
an existing length reterminated.
