Well, I have a permanent modem link to NPGX.COM.AU for $40/month. I'm
not sure what the commercial rate is. You would have to ask
mic@xxxxxxxxxxx for this.

Connection cost was nil, but it is my modem at each end, and max speed
is 33K. This gets me a permanent IP number included, dns and MX.

A disadvantage is that NPGX connects to Ozemail over three modem lines,
so some WWW sites timeout. However, I've been hapilly running that way
for over two years. No download limits, although a ISO download can take
a few days.
