You can get older (standard) versions of Borland's Delphi and C++
Builder for nix The APC mag CD had them a while ago.

If you just want to write up a csv file, I could probably knock up a
Q&D app for you in Builder. (Can't promise a delivery date though,
freebies get last bit of the cherry I'm afraid :-)
