[slug-chat] Linux insider at the Sun Herald?

Anyone see that piece the Herald ran on Sunday about the
Aussie peso's fall affecting the price of software and books
etc. The article mentioned things like the price of M$
Windows / Office and Norton Virus stuff, it even had a table
of US local prices vs Aust. local prices (adjusted I guess)
BUT the picture accompanying the article showed the Norton
Virus thing and Suse Linux and another Big distro, Caldera maybe.
No picture of MS office or any other M$ software. Linux isn't even
mentioned in the article!!

So has the Herald been invaded by M$ lawyers threatening action
if they showed piccies of the offending overpriced bloatware
items, or is this some well meaning (but I'd say misguided) attempt
to get some attention of Linux software packages?

IMHO this is the kind of Bad press that some Linux loving organisation
should be looking to stamp out.
