I think you have things arse about.
I'm hoping that what you want is an X client to run on your Win box that
accesses the Xserver on your linux box.
There is something along this lines in the archives.
If extra monitors and space are the problem, Microgram
http://www.mgram.com.au have boxen to enable sharing the monitor,
keyboard and mouse between boxen. I have a 6 boxen and an 8 boxen
version here.
