Ppl, making bread is not that hard and using a pre-mix is definately the
way to go. The bread I make here at work is in huge demand and has
entered into local folk lore. Yet all I do is pour in the required
amount of pre-mix, yeast, water and turn on the bread maker.

3:20 later we have a delicious, crusty, wholemeal loaf :)

Perhaps not all bread making devices were created equal. I'm not sure
what mine is but I can follow up if anyone is interested.
