I had it (smoked) on a pizza once too, but that was a
trendy Crown Street Pizza place (we'd moved into the
area and though we better try it). Was nice, but you lost
a lot of the flavour and I don't think it suited it
as a cut. Fillets are better.

You use to be able to get it at Franklins Big Fresh in
Leichhardt, along with emu and crocodile. Again, nice
to barby, but you cooked it rare and cut it up on a
seperate plate before serving it as it bled a lot.
Apart from that, the c*t eats it (and the dogs eat what
the cat doesn't).

Yessum. Absolutely delish (never tried the croc', but the
emu was pretty ordinary. Could've been my cooking though -
might have over-stirfried it).
Lest anyone think I can cook, I've listed two-thirds of
my repertoire - barbecue and stirfry. The other's laksa,
and that *is* good if I do say so myself (especially with
some king prawns) <g>
Cheers
Marc (who will be eating English roast somethingorother
on Chrissie day at the parents'.)
PS. 24 minutes to go and I don't have to work Monday. YIPPEE
