Now, while I'm not one to bag out GNOME, I can't let something with 8
syllables in the second line go unchallenged, so:

Murphy's law says that
/dev/random will go install
bloated desktop.  Damn.

There's no seasonal reference, unless you count the nuclear winter of
running the horrible desktop that I happen to be quite attached to. ;-)
