Nope, be imaginative... creative too. Though, I admit, a mirror of something
like mirror.aarnet would be wonderful. Any uni's which do mirroring want to link
up? :)

That's a bit of a negative... but due to our population density, I believe that
can be overcome.

If it's a Galaxy MMDS antenna, it will work with a bit of modification. They
were meant for the 2.5ghz range, and have a LNB built in. Remover of the LNB is
necessary to make them useful for our purpose, and they are almost as good as
antennae made specifically for 2.4ghz.

Internet connectivity is one thing I want to keep out of the equation for the
timebeing.
I also dislike the idea of having a whole town freeloading off one user's
connection. It's not an econnomically intelligent thing to do. I mean, who will
pay for all the infrastructure if ISP only gets one user's fee for massive
usage?
