If you do not mind telling, what were the difficulties? Might be handy
for other people to learn from.

I think you will find 40kms requires a tailwind, no hase, no humidty,
and a few other things, oh and probably some humungus gear. The big
problem in Sydney will be finding enough people to take part and having
them in the right place.. As I understand it, the Canberra experiment
was really just North Canberra itself.
The next problem is cost.
