Impossible. Haven't you paid attention to the media reports? This level of
horror takes a high level of organisation, coordination and planning to
produce an effective result. Since when has any Microsoft product displayed
any of these characteristics in its development? The only similarity this
tragedy has with Microsoft is that they both involve multiple crashes.
