I think that this is a wonderful idea. All to often I encounter people wishing 
to start a career in FLOSS, but have no idea where to begin. There are also 
many people who automatically that the best thing to do career-wise is to 
ignore FLOSS and go after the Windows jobs, even if it goes against their 
interests/ethics.

I am forwarding this to the Committee list as an agenda item for Sunday's 
meeting.
