I just saw James remark in #slug that a speaker for Friday night has
dropped out. I can certainly step in; I have any number of talks I can
do off the cuff -- in fact, James and I were talking at Cebit that I
should send an email to activities suggesting just such a thing. Sorry I
forgot to do so sooner.

If you haven't already filled the spot, we can go into the process of
